They have been professional and attentive to me as a patient. Dr. Oldfield is competent and caring.
After one month of no response to my Dr.'s referral I called into the office. They had lost the referral so asked me to have the referral re-faxed so that they could schedule an appointment. A week later when I called back someone picked up the phone, rushed me off and said "I'll call you back." When they hadn't call me back a week later I started calling only to learn that the office was closed for 2 weeks. I came on here to send my compliments to the team and was shocked by the other reviews. I've been in contact with them several times and they're kind, empathetic and quick to respond. I truly appreciate them for all their help! And thanks to Dr. Oldfield as well! I feel incredibly fortunate to be a patient of his especially these days where it's difficult (almost impossible) finding doctors.
