This was my first time here and it was a great experience! Very clean and staff was very friendly. My nails were done by Adan and he did a great job. I will definitely refer them to my friends!
Made an appointment a week early for my birthday nails and when I got there was told that the person I made the appointment with went home early because they were "tired". They weren't helpful in the least other than to say someone else can do it when I know for a fact the other 2 people I saw wouldn't do a good job because I've hated the work they have done on ME in the past. 10/10 would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I had previously had dip nails prior to coming to Ume. I asked for a gel fill with thin natural pink and white gel nails. The first lady was adamant that I need something thicker than gel even though I told her I would like to grow them out and have them look much more natural and to please have them thin. So after she began working, they had to switch me over to someone else who proceeded to do dip nails. Then the new lady kept stopping for one thing or another.
