Not the best first experience, they did ok when I was there - nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. However now it's been just over 2 weeks and the top coat is peeling or completely off. The issue started a few days ago. My nails usually last about 4 weeks at a minimum, but not this time.
They listened to what I wanted and did not skip any steps. They do not rush you either. I will definitely be back.
I have an event coming up and desperately needed a pedicure, I came to Ume as a walk in and was sat immediately. Also, I had no babysitter so I brought my three kids with me (two toddlers and an infant). Everyone here was so understanding and loving to my kids. I am so appreciative. Not only were they nice people, the pedicure was AMAZING, especially the massage. Will be coming back, next time without all the kiddos!
