After being a little upset at the color choice I made , I went back the following day and asked if they could switch it , Chen was super helpful and made sure I was satisfied. He was so great , he wanted everything perfect and took his time to make sure I was happy with my nails! He made me feel way better about asking for help and exceeded my expectations! Would def recommend this place !
Was in the area and did a walk in and was attended to right away. I did a simple gel manicure and I am satisfied with the care the technician took (I forgot her name)with my nails. I do not like my cuticles getting trimmed off deeply and she was attentive to that once I mentioned it. Now it's just to wait to see how long it will last. :)
This was my first and last experience with this salon. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the results. My daughter wanted to treat both of us to a relaxing evening so we could spend some quality time together. Before starting, I asked multiple times if they were confident in doing the nail design I requested, and I was reassured each time that they could. I absolutely love this place, I come here very often and im happy it's getting the recognition it deserves! Every single one of their workers are extremely talented and I love the general vibe of this place.
The nail tech 100% listened to what I wanted and checked in to make sure I was happy every step of the way. I am so beyond satisfied. Usually salons never do duck nails as wide as I want but this place did it perfectly. Totally reasonable prices as well.
