Front desk was very helpful and cleared up a lot of insurance mistakes but the wait was over an hour i saw someone who was very sick had to go home and the nurses were outside chatting ignoring the room until i reminded them I was there
i went in to be seen regarding an implant and i was never told that this clinic could not check anything. i waited for almost 2 hours just for the nurse practitioner to tell me that i was okay and it was a normal thing what i was experiencing. she did not check anything but my eyes for no reason explained to me. Terrible service and then, i was charged almost $700 for literally NOTHING. terrible service
