My 7 year-old son was severely burned by boiling water on his face, arms, and leg. Needed a skin graft. Stayed 10 days in the burn unit. For the most part, the staff was kind, efficient, attentive, and very accommodating to his 6 siblings who came to visit every day. There’s a reason this burn unit is ranked one of the best in the country.

Inwas flown to Lubbock after an accident burned 30 percent of my body. The nursing staff and burn team were amazing. They helped me to heal and I was able to be released after just 20 days in the hospital
