Injured foot. Couldn't find community care treatment form sent by va. Va said to call if didnt receive. Ok. Told to go fill out form on tablet. 15 foot walk. Started process on tablet. Tablet told me couldn't log in to see receptionist. I did. She told me yea I didn't log you out here. Went back and proceed to fill out forms. Brought tablet back. She gave wrist band. I went to visit Texas Tech Physicans orthopedics on the 4th floor and they sent me next door to get some xrays of my hand and the front desk lady was being very rude. When she asked me for my insurance I explained to her I’m self employed and missed the dead line for the open market and forgot to renew my insurance so I would need to either have it billed out or pay out of pocket for the service today. I got confused on where my appointment was so I went to the main tower to ask. They told me where to go and said I could get a shuttle. The lady driving the shuttle said it would be easier to wait for a golf cart to pick us up. The golf cart never showed up so we had to walk to radiology after waiting. I called on the way there and told them I was going to be late and why. They said that was fine.
