My girlfriend and I had a very uneasy experience at the Peccole location today. The rest of the staff is easy going here, however, Elaine Esguerra was extremely rude and needs to learn how to speak to patients in a respectful manner. I had an appointment in the morning to be seen and she immediately requests information that is none of her business and is very pushy in how she goes about asking for that information. Been going her for years. Everyone was great. Year 2023 Dr. Paner is in kahoots with her staff. Especially Melissa Brett. They don’t care about patients anymore. It’s get them in /out. I went there with horrific pain they wouldn’t give me pain pills or fill my work forms. I ended up in the ER were I was treat like a human being. Dr. Paner rather let me die of pain. She said I can’t give pain pills (anti inflammatory) I’m not a specialist. I wasn’t even asking for narcotics. Beware, she/Melissa Brett will let you die. I reall... read more
