Wonderful customer service, and amazing care by staff. Dr Hansen and his team are amazing. We feel very blessed,and have much peace of mind, whenever we have needed Urgent Care.
My girlfriend and I had a very uneasy experience at the Peccole location today. The rest of the staff is easy going here, however, Elaine Esguerra was extremely rude and needs to learn how to speak to patients in a respectful manner. I had an appointment in the morning to be seen and she immediately requests information that is none of her business and is very pushy in how she goes about asking for that information.
