The staff was exceptional. Especially, Dr. Bibi Omar, MD who has such a wonderful personality and manner. Her professionalism plus humanity is a winning combination.
I give this place zero stars! The operator became impatient with me on the phone, and hung up on me, prior to hanging up on me, he took a deep breath and said “oh my God.” As a frustrated patient, who has been waiting for their hypertension medication for 2weeks, experiencing headaches, this was devastating! The prescription was supposed to be sent the day of the visit, and it never was. This was confirmed by the pharmacy. I went to this specific UC the day after Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised! Taken back within 30 minutes of checking in. Saw the ARNP within minutes of being taken back. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve been to numerous UC’s but this one was top notch! She definitely didn’t walk in, write a RX and send me on my way! Thank you UMC you know how to treat your patients well!!!!
