Place has gone down hill. They called to cancel my appointment this month because the doctor quit. They are no longer responding to my chart refill requests. Go in person and order refill and pray it gets done before I run out.
I have had two amazing visits with Dr. B. Omar. She is kind, patient, thorough, and appeared to never be in a rush. The admitting staff was friendly, and professional and the clinic was very clean. I would highly recommend this clinic
This place is soooo slow. Mind you I was here for over 2 hours and this is excluding the lobby.
This is my first time to get checked in here and the Nurse Practioner name Janae and Nurse Practioner Anna are both on top of their job. They are very thorough, super friendly and very professional. Even the beautiful lady at the reception Desk whose name is Nina was very professional, kind and very friendly with a beautiful smile in her face. This place is really great to come to when you need an urgent care. Highly recommend this Urgent Care
This UMC quick care has the most wonderful staff, and facility. As a family of 6 we are frequent fliers to quick care. Shanell is an absolute gem who always recognizes my family and treats us as if we were part of her family. Shanell is very patient with my girls and they just adore her. Dr Omar is our favorite Dr to see when we have to go. Dr Omar is through with all she does, she makes the girls feel heard and explains things so they can understand what is going on.
