Poor customer service. One of the receptionists is not professional and is uninformed. The nurse practitioner is rude. The doctor is overbooked. The pharmacy never received my prescriptions in a timely manner as well. Poor follow through

I don't appreciate the gaslighting. I have visited Dr. Pimsakul several times, and I like him very much. I had a telemedicine visit today to follow up. He referred me to have an MRI done on a hip issue. When I checked the online APP, MyChart, I found that it was labeled MRI Ankle Bilateral. I called the office to make sure there was no error but they told me, "No, there is nothing in your file that says 'Ankle'." My screenshots would suggest otherwise.
