Ernesto Rubio, MD is a terrible doctor. The doctor was 1 hour late from my original appointment, I have come here before and doctors are usually timely. I was about to walk out because I do not appreciate that. This doctor also ended up cancelling my prescriptions because he said “I don’t know much about about this medicine, but someone your age shouldn’t be taking it” even though I have used these medications for years and have had no bad blood work or tests com from taking the medication, this doctor cancelled them because... read more

Doctors do not communicate with staff when they go out on vacation , the fact that there is only a number to the appointment line and the person who answers the line tells you that they're transferring you to the primary care office and then blind transfers you back to the automated line to get rid of you so they don't have to deal with your problems. Called yesterday because I needed a new Rx for DME products and this was my 3rd call for the issue. Spoke to Martha in referrals and she wasn't understanding what I needed and told me I needed to come in. I told her I asked if I needed an appt and was told no. I said I work in a Drs office and she quickly cut me off stating "yes yes you work in a Drs office and know everything" How is the heck is this professional or acceptable to say?
