Desde q entra uno la oficina muy limpia y todo el personal muy amigable y professional.
Professional and compassionate. Very helpful in addressing the issue and perusing ways to alleviate pain. Appreciate the process to find a fix before going to surgery but also proficient if surgery is needed. Highly recommend
For starters!!! For me to leave a good review. they really have to impress me. So I guarantee you that this is not a paid review. I was in a motorcycle accident that almost took my life away in the process of my accident, I injure my right knee. I have been through 2 different surgeons, my experience with them was horrible. communication was non insistent. I was recommended to come to this location I'm glad I did. Dr Benjamin Hansen @UMC Orthopedic & Spine Institute is an amazing surgeon. My experience in receiving a total hip replacement from Dr Hansen was incredible from start to finish. He is no-nonsense, kind, caring & patient. His surgery skills are impeccable. His associates & anesthesiologist are also top notch. All involved made me feel at peace & safe. If ever in the future I am in need of an orthopedic doctor - I will be returning to Dr Hansen. Thank you Dr Hansen.
