This was the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had and I’m 30 years old. It was quick and efficient starting with the registration experience with Rachel R. At the front desk, she was very pleasant and got me checked in with no issues or long process. The RN Deanna called me to the back shortly after and did my intake and vitals. This is my second time here and both times have been great. The front desk ladies are so pleasant and make me feel comfortable. Kristen had me rockin’ (getting me checked in) and Robin had me rollin’ (laughing away my pain) the doctors are efficient and respectful, the whole experience has this time and previously been amazing! Thank Kristen, Robin and the team here. Y’all are beacons of light in the healthcare system! Thank you!
Robin provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I don't feel the same about the physician (Dr. Kane) who spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me to go to my own pulmonary doctor! He also went on to tell me how the exposure couldn't have caused my issues which I didn't have until this incident. I am still having issues with my breathing. I do know that asthma can be triggered and you can die from an asthma attack. I lost a friend who had a massive asthma attack and died. I am not going to assume he knows my en... read more
