UMC-Northport is the best. I moved there and it was and is the best move ever. Dr. Melton is so attentive to my concerns, she listens and truly cares. She goes above and beyond. I am thankful our paths crossed, my daughter suggested my husband and I to UMC-Northport (Dr. Melton), we are grateful she took us as her patients. She’s the best. The nurses and staff are kind and welcoming. I appreciate their kindness. Thank you, UMC for employing the best.

I was pleasantly surprised with our recent UMC visit. They had not impressed me in the past, in their previous Northport location. This visit was quick and easy to schedule, unlike everywhere else I tried to make a new patient appointment in town. We waited less than 5 minutes after we arrived. The waiting area and office was clean and quiet. The nurses and doctor were very caring, patient, and listened to all of our concerns. I had a very disappointing experience at UMC Northport. I have serious concerns about inaccurate documentation in my medical record by Dr. Chree Melton. During my pregnancy, I did not feel properly heard or taken seriously. My baby later required NICU care, which has made these concerns even more upsetting. Accurate documentation and attentive care are critical, and this experience has caused me to lose trust in this provider. I would not recommend.
