The doctor that seen me didn't give me 5 minutes of my time i have cervical spondylotic myelopathy. That require surgery. But he wanted for me to see our neurologist and I still haven't seen anything that was back in March 29th. I'm not very happy with that. I'm hurting bad.Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, mild to , with cord compression at C3–C6.and MRI Cervical Spine: Reversal of normal cervical lordosis with kyphotic alignment from C3–C6. Ventral spinal cord contact and cord flattening at C3-4, C4-5, and C5-6.

I'mT alive today thanks to the brilliance of Dr. Lapointe, but I have officially left UMC because the nursing care is unacceptable. While recovering from surgery, I was treated with total dismissiveness by the nursing staff. When I asked for help with pain management, I was met with an unprofessional tone that caused me massive anxiety. If I could give the doc a zero star I would! Dr. Taylor took less then 10 minutes for the entire visit, judged from the moment he walked in the door, the whole vibe was off the whole time! And doesn’t listen! How do I know? Because when explaining things I said I had to wait for insurance to kick in after we got married ( husband was sitting next to me) and when Dr. Taylor did his exam told me to turn and face him ( talking about my husband) then asked who’s is this gentleman? I said my husband! He said oh good! If you liste... read more

We drive almost 2 hours one way to get here, appointment is at 1 o’clock, they don’t get back from lunch until 1 o’clock, an hour later still are not seen. If a doctor’s office has too many patients to schedule on a day, they cannot have their doctors on time to their appointments, they need to do something different. If the patient is late to their appointment, they are either not seen or are they have to be charged extra for a late fee? This is the second time we’ve been here second appointment and again hour late.
