The receptionist said the wait would be 10-15 mins. We waited more than 45mins even when we were one of the first to register
Not sure why the reviews here are so bad. I've been to clinics that have rude staff but the receptionist here was very pleasant, the nurse was thorough and kind, and the doctor was also great.
I had a great experience at this walk in clinic. There was no line up, and Dr. Pamela and the nurse both listened to what I was dealing with and prescribed me the appropriate antibiotics. I was in and out within 45 minutes or so. Would highly recommend
So far, all my 2 visits have been excellent when I was not able to get in to see my family doctor in a reasonable time for my condition. I did not have to wait long to see a physician. The two doctors I saw were knowledgeable, pleasant and provided the necessary tests needed to confirm how sick I was. I was promptly called back to follow up on any investigations ordered. I was even asked who to send the med recs to, which I found considerate.
