I've been here three times in the last 2 weeks for a persisting issue and have seen different receptionists and doctors. This place by far has been outstanding. Everybody has been very pleasant and the doctors have been absolutely fantastic, bedside manner, engaging in conversation and answering all questions, making sure I understand exactly what my issues are. I haven't had a lick of resistance or bad experience in any way

The doctor on call today was cold and not helpful at all. Didn’t ask enough about symptoms ran a test came back negative and still wanted to order antibiotics. So just give out antibiotics for no infection and didn’t care to take the time to go deeper. I’ve gone here before and had better doctors, that took the time. So it’s not the place itself it was the doctor, who had poor skill set and care.
The walk in clinic is second to none. I use this as a back up when I can't get into see my doctor. UMC staff is most importantly professional, but they are also very kind and thorough.
I saw Dr. Cheema at the UMC LaSalle walk-in clinic today, and it was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. From the moment she entered the room until I left, she was dismissive, rude, and completely inconsiderate of the reason for my visit. She did not introduce herself and abruptly asked, in a rude tone, “What do you need today?” Throughout the appointment, she spoke to me in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a respectful medical conversation.
