While we only had a short time before mother passed on to Glory, this team of nurses, social workers and chaplains gave us more love, care and attention than I ever expected. They stepped in and did everything in their power to make mother comfortable. They also gave so much love and support to my son and me. I can not even begin to explain how grateful my family and I are for the UMC hospice care team. Our family could not have gotten through the last couple of months with our momma/mimi without them!! They are hands down the most caring, helpful and knowledgeable team I have ever worked with and in my career I've worked with many agencies. No other agency even compares to this team!!! Thank you for all you guys do!!
This group took such good care of my grandma during her final months of life. We are so grateful for them!
I just want to come on here to praise the ladies that took AMAZING care of my mother in her final days. I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. They we not only nurse but the were HUGE supporters from the day we decided hospice was now what was best for our mother. They came in with so much reassurance and support. Hands down the best hopsice in Lubbock! Their team has the most caring, educated and helpful people who treat your loved ones like it’s their own family. There aren’t words for how grateful and impressed I am with this group. The education, communication and care far exceed expectations. Thank you UMC Hospice for being such a blessing.
