UMC is absolutely amazing and extremely professional and courteous. I’m so thankful that I have been having my treatment at UMC. I live in Odessa, Texas, and I chose to drive to Lubbock because of the professionalism in the quality of the care.
I had surgery in May 2026 here at UMC, and the care I received, start to finish HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PHENOMENAL from EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CAME ACROSS, I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE who needs hospital care, from my Surgical team, to the patient transporters, to the ER ,EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CAME ACROSS WAS VERY KIND & PROFESSIONAL, they gave The Best Hospitality I’ve received EVER. I will be back. Not enough stars to give from me, but definitely 5 Stars
I had a very positive experience at UMC El Paso after an illness that required me to stay there for a week late last year. Throughout my stay, the transportation team was outstanding. The transporters arrived quickly and efficiently moved me between departments whenever needed. A special thank you to Annabelle Medina, Department Manager, and her team. I've just recently moved to town actually a week ago. A few days ago I started experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and my left flank. I had cloudy urine I get there get triaged the NP order some labs and a CT after registration the set me up with my chart and my lab results were in there my sister told them I was in excruciating pain and they gave me a pill that did absolutely nothing to relieve the pain.
