My sister was sitting in the waiting room in pain for hours after asking for help! She was ignored while the staff walked around like nothing was happening. Need new hospitals for real because this is awful! I called on my sisters behalf, I watched my other sister ask for help. This has me stressed to the point I had a panic attack in the airport! Do better!
UMC is one of a kind! I never thought I’d be patient here, but I am so lucky I was. Everyone was very thorough in what they did, said, etc… Such an amazing experience for a hospital experience and I am forever grateful. Thank you UMC - nurses, cnas, doctors (Dr Phy), evs, anesthesia, etc… Everyone is TOP TIER! Thank you!
I went to the Oncology Facility for a 2nd opinion. From the time I walked in to the time I left was a great experience in what was a stressful visit for me. Dr. Ghafouri was awesome, heard my concerns and didn't just brush me off. From receptionist, check-in, intake, labs and my last stop the snack store 🤭 . EVERYONE was great!
ER wait time is despicable. over 10 hours waiting in lobby after boyfriend was transferred via ambulance from a car accident. Watched multiple people come and leave. Front desk staff could not care less about you or your situation. UMC do better.
