Why is a person with fever and all the signs of food poisoning and dehydration that came in on an ambulance sitting in waiting room for 8 hours? I’ve never seen a worse hospital. Then the rude charge nurse going to say “well she’s not dying” and hang up on concern family members. She’s 7 hours from home and by herself and the lack of care and compassion is ridiculous. I would never use this hospital ever again.

This was the worst visit ever DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL waited 6 hours and they didn’t do anything for me. After them 6 hours they then told the entire hospital room waiting in the ER that they were no rooms for anyone and we would have to wait until they would get to us which could have taken another 6 hours this hospital is a joke

The third floor west nurse teams are the absolute best at taking care of you after surgery! I have never had such good care before in all my life, Gracie, and the M-F nurse aides are excellent. Gianna and her nurse's aides on Friday and Saturday 7pm-7am are awesome too. Andrea also took such good care of me as well. I am so grateful to each and every nurse aides, Terry, Jesus, Dylan, Amelio, and the others are so caring. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart....you all were amazing! Hard to get call and get an answer and never shows up during a google search. Have a hard time scheduling appointment. A month wait and don't miss an appointment cause it's another months wait and good luck canceling it because yeah the phones hardly ever answer.
