Very efficient. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Very good staff. Thanks to Dr. Costilla, Chat, Melanie, and so many others that I don't remember their names. You made the experience go smoothly and stress free.
Very kind, caring staff. They quickly addressed two issues from my previous colonoscopy (which was performed somewhere else).
Dr. Costilla, Dr. Lanke, and all the nursing staff including Chat, Annalynne, Lauren, and several others whose names I am sorry I cannot remember due to anesthesia (!!) were incredible for my colonoscopy. Every single team member was so calm, gentle, efficient, and professional. All this at the crack of dawn on a Monday morning! This is one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

I had a super experience at the GI outpatient services. The nurses and staff were very friendly. Colonoscopies are not fun, but they made my experience as bearable as possible. Dr. Castillo was very kind and informative after my procedure. She was kind and I did not feel rushed. I had a good experience.
