No communication! They barely answer the phones. You have to leave several voicemails for them to call you back. Cancel appointments the day of that have been scheduled weeks in advance . I don’t believe a patient should have to go through that much trouble just to be seen by a doctor. They can’t fill a medication that i’ve been on for the last year because i need to be seen first and they don’t have any appts open until next week. I asked so i’m supposed to go through withdrawals and she said yes! I called back and canceled... read more
