I drove in from hobbs for my delivery due to not being able to find anyone near me who would perform a VBAC..had a successful VBAC and gave birth to a healthy babyboy! The staff was patient and understanding and took their time on explaining everything to me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The nurses were amazing and made sure I was comfortable and made sure they did all they could for my delivery to go well! Thank you to all the postpartum nurses as well who took such good care of us! Absolutely amazing place always a good experience friendly people and nurses
If I could give this hospital a negative 5 stars I would. The OBGYN doctor's here are worse then awful and they are training more doctor's to be even more awful. They do not listen, they do not care about your care, they lie, they have 0% empathy, compassion, as well as no bed side manners. If you want to have the worst experience giving birth, healing, and bounding with your baby then this is the hospital for you. The doctors and nurses provided excellent care during my twins’ NICU stay, and I am deeply grateful for their dedication and compassion. Unfortunately, the billing company they work under, Pediatrix Medical, has been extremely difficult to deal with. Unlike our smooth experience with UMC’s billing, Pediatrix’s billing process has been disorganized and frustrating. Gave birth to my first baby on 6-7-25, the night nurse I had named Regina was so nice she treated me like I was her daughter. Thank you so much Regina. I was torn bad and she took care of me so good and made sure I had everything I needed.
