At UMC East Clinic, the staff service is excellent, especially Haydee on the first floor. Her tact, professionalism, and patience in explaining things were incredible; it was a truly unique experience. Thank you, Haydee!

Kathy in the mammogram department was the BEST. I have never had such a nice simple experience. I will ask for her all the time. Thank you Kathy for being so gentle and understanding . You are good at what you do.

My mother received services at UMC and Ms. Teresa Holguin was not only patient but very supportive and helpful. We wanted to recognize her for her hard work.
