I have always had great service at UMC East Joe Battle and UMC West clinics
Went to UMC East on Joe Battle on April 24. I had previously called the assistant for Doctor Farran and indicated that I would be going around 3:00 p.m. to sign a release in her office and also to deliver some documents. Upon arriving at the parking lot, I was quickly disillusioned when an able-bodied female drove into into the handicapped parking space that I was going to park in.
