Checked in at 8:30 am and we are still here more than three hours later and still fasting for labs. Zero communication from staff! Not the first or last time they disregard. So unprofessional and insensitive. Our time is valuable
Beautiful building... horrible treatment...on two separate occasions such awful treatment you would not believe me be warned not a safe place to go during a mental health crisis or as a place to seek treatment....sad it seems now that I take no prescriptions I am not worth trying to help .... I can't remember the last time in El Paso that I actually was face-to-face with someone I thought was really trying to help me get better and not just trying to get through their day or make a dollar
