While being seen for a fall, my daughter asked Dr. Chavez for assistance (while sitting on her phone behind the counter) and she acted as if the question to check my monitors was beneath her. Regardless of your role as a health care professional whether you are a Dr., nurse or a PA everyone should be treated with respect. Otherwise why be in a profession meant to help people.
Literally took an hour listening to elevator music waiting to make an appointment on the phone.
They take forever to answer the phone! I've been on hold for 10 minutes and not 1 human being yet! Their customer service is sorely lacking!
I’m deeply concerned about how the University Medical Center (UMC) treats its frontline registration staff. It’s disheartening to see how management often criticizes these hardworking individuals for simply trying to help patients.
