Nothing but good things to say about this location. Wait time has never been long, registration process is smooth, but most importantly is the attentive care from Dr. Jacobs. God Bless this doctor and your staff.
I went here while feeling sick and ran a few tests. They said they’d send me the results on Monday and they never did. A few weeks later I still got billed.
SCAM WARNING! They play so many games with billing that it is going to cost you out of pocket to come here no matter how simple of a visit you are trying to get. Especially do not do a "free" annual physical and do not do telehealth. With your free annual physical exam, they will bill it as a NEW PATIENT - COMPLEX and try to hit you for $500+. They bill everything else they can as OUTPATIENT SERVICES which causes it to not be covered by insurance at all. You will end up paying $150+ for a 15 minute phone call. It's such a sc... read more
