The people at the front desk are always very polite and I always enjoy seeing there lovely faces. This is the one doctors office my child will not throw a fit when I take them to.
Cookie C was very rude when I brought my daughter in for appointment Mrs C started her insurance had been canceled but all along she was putting in the member Id wrong Mrs C told me that I would have to pay for her visit I agreed proceeded to go get my purse from my car for her to then say we can’t see her today you would have to reschedule for tomorrow I found her attitude to be very disrespectful and if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be there because people should be held to a certain standard when working with... read more
