You have better chances of winning the lottery than you do getting an appointment here. I needed an emergency inhaler while I waited for an appointment with an allergy specialist. Do not bother calling, you won't get through
UPDATE: ultimately had to quit this practice, after years of frustration and shear incompetence by the office staff (specifically manager Judith) im forced out on my own to find a new PCP. It really is a shame too, their PCP doctor Larsen is fantastic, its just a severely crumbling and deteriorating, sarcastic and smug office staff that completely ruins your experience with your own doctor. This is My PCP. I usually would feel bad for giving such a low rating. First of all my medical Doctor is ONLY in office Mondays. Because there's NEVER a patient that has been I'll and needed an emergency appointment at this facility. They don't believe in answering their phones either. I've seen some turnover, but it's never gotten so bad that I couldn't get someone to answer AT ALL. Called multiple times today as we as last Friday. Left messages as well. Still nothing.
