My mother talked to this gentleman about looking at a basement for a house she is interested in buying. I saw the texts between them. 1) He said he was going to do it at 11 AM, but the real estate agent never heard from him which is how he would have gotten into the house. 2) He told her he would also be doing a walkthrough of the basement and backyard with her and that would take pictures. Also didn't happen. 3) He gave her a quote of around $8000 for a basement he hasn't actually seen.
Called this company twice and left messages both times. They never responded. Went to the "contact us" section of their website and still no response. Totally unprofessional. Zero stars!

This company does not honor the guarantee. I have tried to contact by email and phone with no luck, they will not return calls. Use someone else,,!!!!!
