They are rude to even long time customers who have never had a problem and are trying to fix a mistake that is a bank error. Talking down to you even when you're showing them how its not you're fault. Not apologizing for inconveniening you. They are only worried about themselves or appearances. Why appearances you say? They water their lawn for like 3 hours EVERY NIGHT. Holy freaking overkill.
Had a business account for a while that I was getting set up and rarely used and eventually the monthly fees made it overdraft which is OK but instead of alerting me to it they literally closed my account and sent me to collections over something like $40. You can't make this stuff up. It is the least business friendly Bank in the universe.

Umb is the worst experience, they have not 1 shred of compassion, common sense is non existent, and if you want to be brought to the edge of insanity, then this Bank is the one you want to do business with, they stand behind nothing they claim to stand for, I hope this keeps 1 person from the struggle that I've been trapped in for over a month!!!
