Unit was recieved with the entire floor completely covered with dirt,dust. The rubber seal was damaged and the winds really kick in this area so be prepared for dirt to get into every crack and crevice. Rodent droppings found in our unit after a couple of months, despite there's traps spread out on the grounds, thankfully it wasn't an infestation. Would not use this facility again. Sorry
