Made an appt online for 9am. Waited 15 minutes for them to open. They were late getting there, just to find out they dont have doctors in on wednesdays. Need to fix there online booking to show this. Took the whole day off of work for this for no reason.
Went to umatilla optical for an eye exam, found out I needed glasses . I was told it would be 2 weeks for my glasses to be ready. That's no Problem . Now during the process of them getting my glasses ready somebody cracked my lenses. Nobody had the decency to call and inform me that it would be longer. After the 2 week waiting period and no call to let me know they were ready, I called them only to find out they cracked my lenses. Needless to say it's been a month now and still no glasses.
