My wife had an appointment yesterday for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The staff was attentive, professional, polite and caring. We've been longtime patients in the UMASS network of hospitals and always received great medical care. My PCP and specialists are terrific. The nursing staff is great as well. In our experience UMASS is great medical care provider.
Went in for a colonoscopy and the entire staff, Michelle Coppola, Kim LaRose and Dr. Petersile were very professional and super friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in a few hours! Highly recommend! Thank you all.
My wife went here for a stomach/abdominal appointment. The doctor (Dr Davids) was completely unprepared. She said she didn't even know why my wife was there. She then proceeded to give a 5 minute exam after which she said she didn't think anything was wrong. She said she didn't receive any info from the PCP. She said she would get the ultrasound from wife wife's PCP, review it and get back to us. We never heard a word from her. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid this office at ALL costs.
