I love Umass Eye Center. ! I have been coming here a little over six years and the staff so pleasant , I have always been taken in very quickly and love the staff! Although today I am saddened because Dr. Anna Bonaldi is leaving. She is moving out of state , so now I’m going to be looking for a new eye doctor. I wish my Dr Anna all the very best for her and her family you will be missed. I will never forget you…. and will be looking for your famous spaghetti sauce, one day, lol
Absolutely fabulous experience from check in at desk with Angela. She was so accommodating of my brothers needs. She listen to suggestion for a chair to accommodate those with disabilities. The next phase was preparatory exams/test with DJ . Dj was so so patient and took her time accommodating my brother with his exam needs and handling. Very positive energy with these two individuals. I was the first patient of the day. I am a type 1 diabetic and unfortunately my sugar was too high so we had to wait hours for it to go down. I was prepped and on the gurney for cataract surgery. Dr Teng and Dr Waldo and 3 nurses who all took such good care of me. They alleviated my stress by staying with me and making me laugh. Dr Waldo held my hand and told me it was going to be okay I was in great hands. They covered me in warm blankets and went above and beyond. I so appreciated all of them.
