Very bad service. My husband left many times messages, but nobody call back.
I need to remember the names of the 2 receptionists at the gyno office,they made my day more than once by Going above and beyond to help me with an insurance problem plus they were so friendly it just made my day! Also was seen by Erica Bailey who did more for me in one visit than my regular gyno has in the past year!so this will definitely be my new doctors office from now on.
I would not recommend this place if it was not for the NP that I see that works there. I have/had continually complained about "wait times" which I thought was rectified by taking a 1PM which is when this NP comes back from lunch, but I still wait. But they will most commonly use the phrase "an emergency came up". Any time I have had PRIOR to 1PM, I have had to wait an hour or a bit more. They seemingly still don't care. They had just canceled my yearly visit, due to snow and they proceeded to make the new appt for me, sayin... read more
