I have been seeing Dr. Haque for over 5 years. In October of 2019, I was told by Tori that Dr. Haque will no longer be accepting out of network insurance. She stated that the paperwork was, “too much”. I had seen several dentists since 2020 and each has told me that I have severe problems with the work that was done. I was referred to UIC Prosthodontists. Long story short, I have several issues with the implants and crowns that Dr. Haque had put in. I was once a patient of Dr. Haque who was asked not to return unless I paid up front because he didn't want to wait for payment from my insurance. He fired his entire staff after returning from a "conference" then told me, his patient, that he can no longer wait for insurance payment and that I would have to pay up front. Horrible way to treat your staff and patients!
