Have brought our Forester here twice so far since moving to the area and both times we have had good service. Friendly staff, convenient shuttles, and a nice customer lounge area. The process they provide during services is unique and well thought out. I appreciate the video updates, text messages and calls to clarify everything before moving forward with the service - in which I can approve or not easily through their system. Pricing seems industry standards and their service has been good so far
All I can say is I've never had any problems with servicing for either of our subaru's, and the wandering dog inside, certainly is a welcome change to your typical waiting room anywhere.
Service was prompt and customer service was outstanding. I will be making this my permanent dealer for service on my Ascent.
