The Subaru Service Team at Flow in Charlottesville are professional, courteous and very helpful. Nick was my lead advisor when I brought my 2017 Outback to be evaluated after a minor accident and he was able to walk me through assessing the damage along with other items that needed to be addressed for my car to pass inspection. The team even installed my already purchased windshield wipers for me. So helpful and very kind.
I was impressed with my first visit. Usually the type of service I requested takes 3-4 hours. Today I was in and out in just over two hours. A free loaner that allowed me to run two local errands was a definite plus. My service advisor, Jay Malone, was knowledgeable and helpful.
Grayson was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process- would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car!
I just bought my second Outback from Flow Subaru. Grayson was helpful and made the process quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and organized. I would recommend Grayson and Flow Subaru. Thank you!
The service was as planned, price as quoted, treatment of customer perfect, waiting room with drinks and coffee very comfortable. The people working there were very friendly and efficient!!!! Thank you!
