While it is never fun having to bring my car in for work, Flow has done a great job of being fair and prompt with their service. Their honesty especially helped me today, as the service would have made me late for work. They were prompt at getting me a shuttle ride, only waiting roughly 5 minutes. Alana, the driver, and I had a lovely conversation making the whole experience as a customer satisfactory.
