I had a very disappointing experience with Flow Subaru of Charlottesville. During a previous oil service, the oil cap was left off, which caused oil to spray throughout my engine bay and made the vehicle smoke. This was not a small issue, and it created unnecessary stress and concern about possible damage to my car. After the incident, I had to bring the vehicle back in so the engine bay could be cleaned. Friendly service, clean location — Rod, Tiana, and the mechanic Oscar were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday morning to make sure I get taken care of for a safe trip back home. Professional and kind customer service thats helpful and reliable!
This Flow dealership has taken very good care of me over the past couple of years; Juan is always super helpful, and Tiana has been extremely patient, responsive, and compassionate.
