Purchased what was described as a pristine vehicle with 367 miles. Vehicle arrived on an open bed trailer versus enclosed trailer with exterior damage including paint chips, dent, scratches, tar splattering throughout along with a dirty exterior, missing floor mats and a defective headrest. I had a recall on my Alfa Romeo and living in Mississippi the closest place to take it is Umansky Maserati in Memphis TN so it had to be towed. I was in contact with Scott Long from the minute my vehicle left my house as well as when he received it at Umansky, he offered to do an oil change while it was there and he let me know step by step where they were on getting my car taken care of and when I would get my car back.
