My first experience with the service department. Complicated diagnostics. Electronic issues. Erin, the service manager could not have been more helpful. She was upfront about potential costs. She went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process and solve the problems. They have definitely earned future business with me. 2017 GT.
Purchased what was described as a pristine vehicle with 367 miles. Vehicle arrived on an open bed trailer versus enclosed trailer with exterior damage including paint chips, dent, scratches, tar splattering throughout along with a dirty exterior, missing floor mats and a defective headrest. I drove three hours for my vehicle to be serviced and Brandon went above and beyond to accommodate me. He is a sweetheart and let’s not forget about Erin got me in and out and she was very professional.. These people are awesome!!
