The service has improved quite a bit. They were able to get me on the exact date I wanted. Waiting area leaves a lot to be desired... No beverages, no snacks, .... Not up to par with landrover, Cadillac, ... Not even kia. The young lady did provide a couple waters. Thanks.

My first experience with the service department. Complicated diagnostics. Electronic issues. Erin, the service manager could not have been more helpful. She was upfront about potential costs. She went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process and solve the problems. They have definitely earned future business with me. 2017 GT.
