Although, backed up and short staffed today we were able to get out not too long after time promised. Our service advisor, Tino B, was polite, professional and helpful in getting us out to make our next appt. Would recommend this service department.
My wife took our 2017 Honda Pilot in to get inspected and it failed for a broken fog light. The service manager quoted her $450 to get it repaired $130 for the part and $320 for the labor because they had to remove the front bumper. After looking online it was a easy 30 min fix and was accessible by removing the wheel well liner so I ordered the part and installed myself. Its disheartening that they would inaccurately represent the amount of work required to make the repair in order to make a larger profit off of a customer.
