Zero stars. Liars. Bait and switch. Rip-off. My wife got a coupon for a discounted oil change and tire rotation. She took her Challenger in for the service. First, they told her she needed a new "cabin air filter" that you can buy for less than $10. They charged her $57. Their plan all along was to do this and get back the discounted oil change. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Lying, bait and switch, overcharging, and damaging a customer's vehicle. No one at Flow has any integrity and I urge caution before letting these clowns work on your car. What the... I'm jeep shopping right now. These prices are INSANELY HIGH!! 10k plus. This seems to be Charlottesville as a whole. Spend an hour and a half driving towards NOVA and save thousands.
