The Service Department is not honest! Just be careful! Long story short, Purchased a Jeep from Flow's sales department, with a passing inspection Now its time for a renew, they convientley need over a grand to get it "safe" and on the road because of lights that were on the vehicle when they sold it to me. Zero stars. Liars. Bait and switch. Rip-off. My wife got a coupon for a discounted oil change and tire rotation. She took her Challenger in for the service. First, they told her she needed a new "cabin air filter" that you can buy for less than $10. They charged her $57. Their plan all along was to do this and get back the discounted oil change. Then, they used the opportunity to tell her she needed front brake pads and rotors, a job that should cost under $1,000. Their quote was $5,000. My wife contacted them to confirm it ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Lying, bait and switch, overcharging, and damaging a customer's vehicle. For the full story about what happened, keep reading but just know those issues listed is only the tip of the iceberg. No one at Flow has any integrity and I urge caution before letting these clowns work on your car.
