Awful Jeep service department. I was told to go to another Jeep dealer because this one does not work with glass. When i called the Staunton Jeep service. I was told all dealers do glass. Most have to outsource. Flow of Charlottesville, Brandy, gave me false information and refused to help me. I will drive another 45 minutes out of my way to Staunton where that Jeep dealership knows how to take care of the customer.
I want to warn and discourage the general public from using this dealerships “service department”. I had my truck taken in for some services and told that everything was complete, when in fact they were not. When I discussed this with Tim the service manager, he did everything he could to cover his tail and avoid any losses in cost. Instead of just being honest and owning up to the fact his mechanics made a mistake and fixing the problem. Good customer service is a thing of the past and you certainly won’t find it here.
