Due to many years of playing competitive golf, I suffer from chronic neck and back pain. Dr. Umansky has helped me tremendously. She stretches me, and lightly manipulates me in such a way that I can stand up straight. She suggests what inflammatory foods to stay away from and gives me exercises to do at home to strengthen my core. On top of that, she is centrally located and easy for me to go to. I highly recommend her to friends and family.
Excellent Service, Regina is so caring and kind and helps her patients in tremendous ways. Great location too on the Upper East Side!
