Patricia, the supervisor, is probably one of the rudest people I've encountered, and I didn't even test there. Patricia clearly needs to work on her interpersonal skills, her telephone skills, and customer service skills. It baffles me that someone of her status talks to people in the manner that she does. I don't recommend this center for anything with someone like her running the program, as a supervisor. It was a blessing in disguise for the recent bad weather, and my scheduled test being canceled. I agree with AW I enjoyed the class. We had 100% passing rate. I will recommend the school to anybody. Thank goodness we have one approved school in Gastonia
Instructors were nice enough but they were very unorganized and I did not feel at all prepared for my state exam. Wouldn't go here again unfortunately. I was part of the first class in Gastonia, so maybe it will get better as they are open longer. June 2013
