I love the outpatient unit. Everyone is great. The php is great. Highly recommend. The BHU, however, loses a star because of the Targeted Case Management team. Donise Price is awful. She doesn't care about her clients. She's constantly in a rush. She makes Inappropriate comments. She's passive-aggressive. Doesn't add visit notes to charts. She lies about working on things she hasn't started on. She says things are above her paygrade.
