I’m writing a review because I’m reading some of these and I’m shocked… I’ve been going here for the past 5 ish years now seeing Dr. West who has now retired. I’m not a doctor person, I hate going to the doctors most of them are condescending, don’t listen, and just wanna get you in and out… however… I have NEVER had any issues with anyone here. Don’t allow people to use their Quest Diagnostics Center, which apparently is only for “their” patients, despite Quest is actually supposed to be able to be used by everyone.
As a provider, Andy is fantastic. As a practice, this place is horrible. They make it impossible to make an appointment to see a provider without jumping through hoops. Finding a new primary care at my earliest opportunity.
Called in for a sick visit as a returning patient, they told me it would take a month but they are accepting new patients. Not run well at all. Go somewhere else
