I was told I had to check in with My doctor by my doctor and can't get a phone call through at all.
It is impossible to ever get ahold of anyone on the phone. Always an issue with referrals not being sent after multiple calls made.
Do not waste your time here! From being told misinformation, incorrect prior authorizations sent and rude managers I have decided to find another primary care! I loved the doctor that I was a regular for but the office staff have made me want to find another primary care where they don’t spread misinformation and when questioned they don’t call you with an attitude or keep cutting you off :)
Christina Seningen, CRNP, FNP-C, MSN is wonderful. She's very thorough and takes time to listen and answer questions.
