The doctors are wonderful - the staff are not. Some if them are very helpful, others are just plain disrespectful. Sometimes when I call I get greeted with a hello and get all my questions answered, other times there’s a lady who doesn’t even say hi, refuses to answer anything and sends me to leave a message. Even if it’s the same question I ask both of them. It seems like sone if them see the patients as annoying and not worth their time. I called Dr. Mohammed Kamsheh for help with my severe lumbar spinal headache after a Feb 8 blood patch. Through my ASL interpreter, he was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. He said “I can’t help you,” “I have nothing to give you,” “I don’t have magic meds,” and that if I couldn’t handle the pain I should “go lay in the ER all day.” He also said he’d send a muscle relaxer prescription, but when I called Walmart they said they never received it.
