I have tried THREE TIMES to get an appointment with my previous gastroenterologist and have been rejected by scheduling THREE TIMES. Then every time they call me back it’s another dumb excuse. I’ve been struggling for years with stomach issues and all this solidifies for me is that this place only cares about themselves not the patient. I will take my business somewhere else and hopefully get the care I deserve.
Very thorough. Always returns calls in a timely manner. Never felt rushed. Willing to answer all questions.
The website says they are open until 5. So I drove over to drop off my with paperwork only to find a sign on the door that says they’re only open until 330. And they’re not answering the phone.
Absolutely dreadful experience. The reception at this doctor's office (Margaret) is beyond terrible and rude. Despite living 45 minutes away, they refused to service me. Their lack of consideration and professionalism is appalling. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Despite having a referral from your PCP, they will not call you, you have to call them. Then, you have to wait for your new patient paperwork to be “reviewed” at the office’ leisure and only then are THEY supposed to call you to set up an appointment which you are advised might be another week, but then surprise to no one, they still don’t call you to schedule anything anyway.
