Extremely frustrating experience NO ANSWERS Absolutely terrible office. I’ve called so many times and no one ever calls back. I’ve been waiting months for CPAP supplies, and the office manager is completely unresponsive. Getting answers shouldn’t be this difficult. Zero communication, zero accountability, and absolutely no sense of urgency. It’s no wonder this place has such terrible reviews. REPORTING THEM

It's really difficult to make an appointment. I recently called the clinic to get an appointment to change the headgear/mask with my CPAP. Someone picked up the call and transferred me somewhere and the phone just rang more than twenty times with no answer. This is not the first time I've experienced a lack of response by phone. I actually had to stop by the clinic and walk in just to make an appointment. Frustrating, and a reason to try and find another office.

Quite literally the worst healthcare provider I have ever visited. There is a complete lack of follow-up, minimal regard for patient care, and consistently rude reception staff. I was scheduled to have a sleep study done back in October, and now—nearly six months later—I’ve had to go to another organization just to get it completed. Doctor CHIURCO is an amazing doctor. She takes such good care of her patience. She’s an excellent pulmonologist and cares about her patience I would recommend her to anybody.
