I have nothing but good things to say about the two health professionals who have treated me. Teresa Dyer, now retired, and Becky White-Dragon, both Certified Nurse Practitioners are the most thorough, knowledgeable, and caring medical staff I have ever had. Both willing to spend as much time discussing my concerns and answering my questions during appointments. Concur with others that clinicians/lab techs are good, but front desk staff and administration needs a lot of work. I'll spare you the details other than to say I received inconsistent, erroneous, and conflicting info from front desk staff (who are clearly trying to do their best). The breakdown must be in administration. No training, no policies, no clear info. Literally said my paperwork was incorrect because doctor did not check a box...a box that does not exist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Leonard for nearly three years and she has been fantastic. If it weren’t for her, I likely would have changed offices. About six months ago my experience with the front desk/admin would have lowered my rating, but I’ve noticed a big improvement recently. Because of those changes and the excellent care from Dr. Leonard, I’m happy to give five stars.
The actual doctors/NPs are good. The communication, however is terrible. I've been trying to get ahold of my doctor for over a week and even though a note was put in by the last front office person I spoke with that ONLY my doctor should contact me, I'm still only getting calls from the other staff, asking me the same questions I've already answered. I tried to use the portal and can't because THEY have my email address wrong, so it kicks me out. It's also very difficult to get an actual appointment when you need one, but wh... read more
As a provider Andy is great, the office staff is horrible and the practice is questionable on their processes, canceling appointments with no notice, rescheduling two weeks from appointments, billing incorrectly. The only good about this business is the nurses that work with the providers and the providers themselves. They might as well have an a.i as the office associate now with how useless they have become since 2020, the phone rings to a call group and the ladies at the desk always have an awful attitude.
