I had my first visit today for my yearly examination at the White Plains facility and I was very pleased. The staff was kind and the Assistants and Doctor had incredible bedside manner. I felt comfortable and heard. I highly recommend coming for your gyn needs.
I took a blind chance at this facility without reading the reviews. I wish I had. My yearly exam appointment was @ 11am. I check in @ 10:50. Didn’t get called till 11:15. The pre-screening by the Medical Assistant took forever! Was asked random questions that didn’t appear to matter (to me at least). Only to find out I’d be seeing a Mid-Wife (I’m not pregnant). I have received care before by this provider group in the past but at their la plata location. It was my first time at the white plain location . It is clean, in order and they have kind staff. I am so thrilled they have brought 2 midwives on board !! Cassandra Burrell is kind, attentive, thoughtful, looking forward to meeting the other :). I asked if she could be there for my birth and she said that it would depends…she is only at the hospital 4x a month on Tuesdays and the other midwife on Thursday if I recall correctly🧐�... read more
From the moment I walked in til the moment I left I had a wonderful experience. Every single one of the staff were so kind. By far the best doctors visit I’ve experienced.
Quick and painless wellness visit! In and out in about 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurse, and provider were all attentive and friendly.
