From the moment I walked in til the moment I left I had a wonderful experience. Every single one of the staff were so kind. By far the best doctors visit I’ve experienced.
Quick and painless wellness visit! In and out in about 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurse, and provider were all attentive and friendly.
I had a great experience, no waiting, the check in nurse and doctor (Dalisa Gutter) were extremely thorough going over all medications and family history. The office was immaculate. Staff was friendly. I had a login within days I was able to see all of my tests results. This process couldn’t have gone better! I left my other GYN because the process of making an appointment was ridiculous! This is more like it for me 🤗
I came home from the ER with a report in my pelvic ultrasound that I’ve been asking for the past several months. It turns out my intuition was correct and I do have fibroids and endometriosis. When I called to have my records sent back to my primary care for a new referral to an actual OBGYN that cares, they didn’t even have the report in their portal. How is it my er physician can pull a report that was ordered by YOUR office. If you want to live. Don’t go here.
I had an appointment scheduled for my first OB visit. The day before my appointment I started bleeding. They called to confirm my appointment, and I told them I was bleeding. They told me to go to the ER. I went to the ER as instructed and showed up to my appointment the next day. The rude check in girl told me my appointment had been canceled, and showed no empathy when I told her that I never cancelled the appointment, and that my husband and I had both taken off work for the appointment.
