I got to this appointment on time and was sent a confirmation text and filled out the paperwork online. As you can see by the pics there were no messages given about arriving 15 mins before your appointment for new patients. Mind you I’m a university of Maryland patient anyways. I’m just new to this location. So I take off work and get here ON TIME and they won’t see me. But I guarantee they would have charged me if I missed this appointment. Completely unacceptable. Arrived at 10:33 for a new patient visit for a 10:30 appointment and explained that I ran late due to the red light being broken. All of my paperwork was filled out prior besides consents which took 30 seconds. Initially the provider agreed to see me and then after 10 min of being in the waiting room she decided she could no longer see me because I wasn’t 15 min early. Called OFBYN to help my girlfriend schedule an appointment the person who answered my call was very rude I didn’t know all of the information it’s my first time doing something like this and I didn’t deserve the rudeness that I got or as it’s called a “favor”

I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Prior to my visit, I had some difficulty getting my referral straightened out (because my insurance was being a pain), and one of their nurses, Stephanie, was so helpful! I had a minor procedure in office with Dr. O’Halloran. He was very kind, patient, and ensured I had adequate pain relief. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing gynecological care.
