Called OFBYN to help my girlfriend schedule an appointment the person who answered my call was very rude I didn’t know all of the information it’s my first time doing something like this and I didn’t deserve the rudeness that I got or as it’s called a “favor”
I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Prior to my visit, I had some difficulty getting my referral straightened out (because my insurance was being a pain), and one of their nurses, Stephanie, was so helpful! I had a minor procedure in office with Dr. O’Halloran. He was very kind, patient, and ensured I had adequate pain relief. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing gynecological care.
Terrible customer service. the front desk girl was so Rude. I went in PERSON to confirm an appointment, she rudely confirmed time and location. I did not feel like she gave me correct information so I called, she answered and RUDELY Confirmed the same time and location. I get to the appointment only to be told there was no appointment! If you don't like your job, don't take it out on customers.
