My wife and I got physicals and we paid for them. That was good however they added additional visits in which we never had scheduled or done and tried billing us for them!! Scamming customers are horrible and will ultimately hurt their business.

Called to ask if they accepted my insurance and was assured they did. Scheduled a visit for a month out and sure enough I get to the appointment and they say they don’t accept my insurance. The receptionists are highly impersonal and either don’t know or don’t care to accommodate the people visiting this practice. I spoke with an insurance representative who said this is a problem with the practice not with my insurance.
